The Board of Adjustment (BOA) is tasked with hearing variances and appeals to county's official controls and staffed by the St. Louis County Planning and Community Development Staff.
The Board of Adjustment (BOA) is made up of seven (7) Members and is responsible for the following duties.

To hear and decide requests for variances from the county's official controls.
2.
To hear and decide appeals of administrative decisions relating to county official controls
