Community Relations Office
St. Louis County actively works to conduct its business with openness and transparency. This includes communicating its budget and policies to our citizens. This office is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating and implementing the county's communications, public relations and marketing activities. The county does this by airing County Board Meetings and Workshops on Public Access Television in Duluth, Proctor, Chisholm, Hibbing and Ely, by answering emailed, written and telephone queries, and by providing county specific information at community events explaining county goals, objectives and results. The Communications Manager serves as the county's main spokesperson for public information distribution.
