Public Access Procedures
Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, 13.03, Access to Government Data, St. Louis County, MN must establish procedures to ensure that requests for government data are received and complied with in an appropriate and prompt manner.
The St. Louis County Board of Commissioners has identified the St. Louis County Administrator as the responsible authority for the purposes of Minnesota Statutes, 13.05, Duties of Responsible Authority. The County Administrator has designated the responsibility of data practices compliance official to the position of Deputy County Administrator-Governance & Policy.
All requests for public data under the control of St. Louis County, MN or any concerns regarding problems in obtaining access to data or other data practices problems should be submitted in writing and addressed to:
