The St. Louis County Sheriff's Office would like to notify the public about the release of a level three predatory offender. Westley Vandell will be moving into Normanna Township, north of Duluth on July 2, 2020 Upon release, he will be supervised by Arrowhead Regional Correction agents. Those offenders who are designated as Level Three, are subject to community notification upon changing addresses.
