St. Louis County will receive public comment on its Fiscal Year 2024 Action Plan for the proposed use of funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The 2024 Action Plan includes the following HUD programs:  Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG). Copies of the draft 2024 Action Plan are available at the St. Louis County Economic and Community Development Departments located at the Government Services Centers at 201 South 3^rd Ave W, Virginia, MN 55792, and 320 W 2^nd Street, Suite 301, Duluth, MN 55802. The public comment period is from May 25 through June 25, 2024.
