Greetings! Fiscal year 2025 marks the second year of the St. Louis County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) application process moving to an online platform. ZoomGrants has and continues to streamline processes for both applicants and the advisory committee. Each paperless application is evaluated and scored online by advisory committee members based on how it meets the criteria listed in the scoring rubric below.
ZoomGrants offers an array of training resources through ZoomGrant University (linked below). St. Louis County Community Development staff will additionally be able to offer support as needed through virtual meetings and in-person support. County staff have created insightful content that should assist with this process whether you are the applicant or an advisory board member. The FY2025 CDBG program year will run from May 1, 2025, through April 30, 2026. Selected applicants will have a contract term of May 1, 2025, through October 31, 2026, allowing time to complete projects and draw funds. Awardees will be held to the requirements in the contract and will need to supply file requirement documentation.

Pre-applications are due October 15th, 2024, by 4:30 PM. Final applications are due December 2nd, 2024, by 4:30 PM. Please be mindful that these are hard deadlines. Applications submitted after the fact will not be accepted.
