The Property Management Department operates and maintains St. Louis County’s public buildings, including the courthouses in Duluth and Virginia which are on the National Register of Historic Sites, the Hibbing Courthouse, the St. Louis County Heritage and Arts Center (The Depot), and numerous other owned facilities. The Department has an operating budget of $10,813,819 for 2024.
