Sheriff's Office announces two more Coffee With a Cop events

The St. Louis County Sheriff's Office is hosting two more "Coffee with a Cop" events this fall. Teh informal gatherings are aimed at building relationships and encouraging conversation between citizens and deputies. The two events will be:

Coffee With a Cop - Mt. Iron
Adventures Restaurant, 5475 Mountain Iron Drive
Wednesday, Oct. 2
11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Adventures Restaurant is donating coffee for the event. Additional menu items can be purchased at regular price.

Coffee With a Cop - Clinton Township
Clinton Town Hall, 8907 Hwy 37, Iron
Tuesday, Oct. 22
4-6 p.m.

Free coffee and treats will be provided. The Clinton Township Board of Supervisors will hold their regular meeting immediately following.

Coffee with a Cop is free to attend. The event gives people the opportunity to ask questions, share concerns and get to know some of the deputies who serve our county. There is no set program for the event, and people are welcome to come or leave however fits their schedule.

Additional Coffee With a Cop events are already being planned for other Iron Range communities this winter.
